Terms & how ordering works

The short version of how to order from Everester, followed by the terms that apply when you do.

Last updated 26 October 2026

How ordering works

  • 1. Choose. Browse the shop, pick your colour and size, and add items to your cart.
  • 2. Check out. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address. An account is optional, and you can order as a guest.
  • 3. We confirm. You get an order number right away. Keep it, together with your phone number, to track the order at Track an order.
  • 4. Pay on delivery. Pay in cash to the delivery person when your order arrives.

Prices and delivery fee

All prices are in Nepali rupees (NPR). Delivery is a flat Rs 150 and is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more. Prices and stock are checked again when you place your order, so the final price is the one shown at checkout, even if the price in your cart was out of date.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. Payment is due in full when you receive your order. We may decline or cancel an order if it can't be delivered to the address given or if the details can't be confirmed.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order yourself from your account while it is still being prepared (before it is packed). After that, contact us and we'll do what we can.

Returns and refunds

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, from your account.
  • Items should be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
  • We review each request. If it is approved, we refund you and the item goes back into stock. If it is rejected, we will tell you why.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are abused or used to place fraudulent orders.

Product information

We try to show products accurately, but colours can look different on different screens. We may correct mistakes in prices or descriptions, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Everester isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from delays outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Nepali consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
